U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

Kenyan Immigration has instituted a strict visa policy whereby all visitors are strongly encouraged to obtain visas by using an online system, though visas are available upon arrival at international ports of entry including Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

• A passport with at least two blank pages, six months’ validity, and a visa are required to enter Kenya. 

• Single-entry visas are available upon arrival at Kenyan airports; however, Kenyan Immigration plans to end visas upon arrival in the near future. A single-entry e-visa/visa on arrival is $51.

• Multiple-entry visas must be applied for prior to travel to Kenya.

• Obtain the latest information on visas, as well as any additional details regarding entry requirements, from the Embassy of Kenya, 2249 R Street, NW, Washington, D.C. 20008, telephone (202) 387-6101, or the Kenyan Consulates General in Los Angeles and New York City.

• You should have proof of yellow fever immunizations, or you may be denied entry.

I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages typically involve restrictions and changing of any of the travel arrangements results in payment of additional money. I understand all payments are nonrefundable. I understand that I am given the option to make payments if I do not choose to  Pay In Full. I understand payment due dates are provided and due on the date given. Failure to make payments without notice will result in forfeit of spot on the trip and no refund. I understand I am responsible for retaining my yellow card document and getting all proper vaccinations recommended from your doctor.
