Amanda Garrison (including all affiliations) offers retail travel services to customers, which are provided by separate and independent vendors of travel services. Amanda Garrison does not operate, control, or otherwise provide the services of the independent travel vendors.  Hence, customer agrees that Amanda Garrison acts only as agent for the client in acquiring transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other privileges, or services for the clients’ benefit, and on the express condition that Amanda Garrison shall not be responsible for any loss, accident, injury, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned, whether by reason of any act, negligence or default of any company or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the arrangements, or otherwise in connection therewith. I understand that there is a risk involved with any travel and any travel activities and/or excursions and I assume all responsibility. I acknowledge that I have the right to purchase my own travel insurance.

I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages typically involves restrictions and changing of any of the travel arrangements results in payment of additional money. I understand that I am given the option to make payments if I do not choose to Pay In Full. I understand payment due dates are provided and due on the date given. Failure to make payments without notice will result in forfeit of spot on the trip and no refund.

I understand I am responsible for booking my own flight to Tucson Airport. Assistance is provided by TravelBug by Amanda Kenise for an additional $30. Flights are provided for purchase and it is my responsibility to secure them. TravelBug by Amanda Kenise is not responsible for my failure to purchase the suggested flights.

AUTOMATIC RESORT CHARGE and TAXES
A taxable 23% Resort Charge will be added to your package rate which includes access to pools, kiva, labyrinth, fitness center, Wi-Fi, daily newspapers (upon request) and guest computers available in the lobby. This fees is added into the total cost. Double rate is $522 plus $177 (estimate) in resort charges and fees. Single rate is $674 plus $236 (estimate) in resort charges and fees.

METHOD OF RESERVATION:
I understand I will make my own reservations directly with Miraval Reservations department. Guests are required to make their reservations by calling an assigned group reservation number or online through the provided link, which will be distributed after the completion of the first step. Reservations must be made by Sunday, June, 25, 2017. Guests should identify themselves as members of "Spacation Weekend" to receive the special rate. To secure a reservation, it is required I deposit equal to 50% of the total package inclusive of taxes and Resort Charge for each reservation. The remainder is due Thursday, August 10, 2017. Any unpaid reservations not settled by the provided date will result in forfeit of spot and loss of refund. An individual’s deposit is refundable to that individual if Miraval receives notice of an individual’s cancellation more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date. For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date, the advanced deposit will be forfeited. Each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient preauthorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Miraval’s ancillary services and any remaining balance. Miraval requires each guest’s home/business address and e-mail address.
