SOUTH AFRICA and Victoria Falls 2019 

JOHANNESBURG

Start our South African adventure off with a visit to Lesedi Village and a Welcome Dinner. We will also visit the city of Joburg and Soweto with many stops along the way. And of course, we can't leave without visiting the infamous Apartheid Museum.

VICTORIA FALLS & CHOBE DAY TRIP

Since we are in Africa, why not jet off to Zimbabwe for a three-day trip to Victoria Falls. We will get a chance to explore by water, land, and helicopter. Also included is a day trip to the Chobe National Park in Botswana which is home to one of the largest game concentrations in Africa.

Also known as the Mother City, this place is full of things to do! We will do everything from Table Mountain and Robben Island to Cape of Good Hope and Wine tour. Don't forget to pack your dancing shoes as we party the night away on Long Street. We will also visit the townships including the infamous Bo-Kaap.

Pick this option if you would like to pay in full for the trip, but do not need a flight to South Africa. The total cost for the trip is $2500 to reserve your spot. PAYMENT DUE BY JAN.15TH.

 

OPTION 3

Pick this option if you would like a payment plan to pay for the trip. A deposit of $1500 is needed to secure your spot by JAN 15th.

 

Below are the next payments and due dates (add $333 to each payment for Cape Town) :

Pick this option if you would like a payment plan to pay for the trip with no flight needed. A deposit of $1000 is needed to secure your spot. (Must make the first payment by JAN 15th for payment plan option)

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. Passengers are responsible to ensure that they have all the proper documents for entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel document information must match tickets. Please check the State Department website at https://travel.state.gov for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are travelling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens.

U.S. citizen visitors to South Africa for stays of up to 90 days for tourism, short business meetings, or in transit do not require visas in advance.  A visitor visas will be issued at the port of entry in South Africa. South Africa requires travelers to have two completely blank visa pages in their passports upon every arrival in South Africa.  You will be denied entry and forced to return to your point of origin if you do not have two blank visa pages. Travelers entering South Africa from WHO-designated countries with risk of yellow fever virus (YFV) transmission must present their current and valid International Certificate of Vaccination as approved by the World Health Organization (WHO) ( “yellow card”). See the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s South Africa page. The U.S. Department of State is unaware of any HIV/AIDS entry restrictions for visitors to or foreign residents of South Africa. However, South Africa has a high HIV/AIDS prevalence.

You need a passport, visa, return ticket, and adequate funds to cover your intended stay in order to enter Zimbabwe. If you are traveling to Zimbabwe for tourism, business, or transit, you may obtain a visa at the airports or other border ports-of-entry. There is currently no option of getting a Zimbabwean tourist visa in advance through the Zimbabwean Embassy in Washington. You can expect to pay 30 USD for a 30-day/single-entry visa or 60 USD for a 60-day/multiple entry visa. If you are traveling to or through South Africa, be aware that they require at least two blank visa pages in your passport for each entry. Entry may be denied if you do not have sufficient blank pages in your passport.

I understand that discounted fares and vacation packages typically involves restrictions and changing of any of the travel arrangements results in payment of additional money. I understand all payments are nonrefundable. I understand that I am given the option to make payments if I do not choose to  Pay In Full. I understand payment due dates are provided and due on the date given. Failure to make payments without notice will result in forfeit of spot on the trip and no refund. I understand I am responsible for  retaining my yellow card document and getting all proper vaccinations recommended from doctor.
